The SaltWater Fields Barn
From your rehearsal dinner to ceremony and reception, inside or out, we’ve got you covered.
During your stay, everything on site is yours to use as you wish, including full access to the barn, two out-of-site but spacious wedding suites with full private baths for getting ready, an oversized fully applianced kitchen, large indoor guest bathrooms, washer, dryer, our Guest House with overnight accommodations & 2 seasonal Glamping tents, barn contents, and surrounding eight-acre property to relax and enjoy yourselves while hosting your event. With an outdoor games field (corn-hole x 2, lawn Yahtzee, croquet), two outdoor fire-pits, and water activities included, you and your guests will have the time of your lives. We offer indoor guest bathrooms, dozens of unique pieces of antique furniture, dining room tables, linens, chairs, dishes, stemware, & utensils for 200 guests, antique couches, settees, chairs, tables, event props, and more. The ground/main floor is completely handicap accessible.

Booking Specials
*Booking Specials: Starting November 8, 2023, we include our Guest House with every full-day rental. That means, no matter how many days you need the barn, one or five, you get overnight accommodations included. We’re also throwing in our post-event cleaning service for all rentals of two or more days.
The Full Weekend Package $14,500
During our peak rental season (April 1st until November 30th), this is our most popular venue rental, especially for weddings & corporate events; includes overnight accommodations from 8 am on Friday to 11 am on Sunday & post-event cleaning services.
- Friday @ 8 am Through Sunday @ 11 am During Peak Season.
- Overnight Accommodations included @ the Guest House & Glamping Tents.
- Plenty of time to use our paddle boards, kayaks, or canoe
- There is enough time to set-up, have rehearsal dinner, your main event, and a farewell brunch if you like.
- Take some time to breathe and enjoy this moment in time–it will be over too soon.
- Want to stay until Monday Morning? It’s only $2000 more.
Elopements & Micro Weddings (less than 50 guests)
If your wedding party and guest list totals 50 guests or under, this is the package for you. Micro events are growing in popularity and for good reason–they are much less work, more fun for the couple, and far more economical. So if you’re looking for less work, fewer dollar signs, and more time to relax and enjoy then our space is perfect; especially because we include overnight accommodations and all event rentals and props at no additional fees.

New Years Eve Wedding
Once a year, we are open until 1 a.m., and you can book this night for your wedding or event. New Year’s Eve is $12,500, with an 8 a.m. check-in and an 11 a.m. checkout the following morning. Additional days are $2000 each. Alcohol service ends at 12 a.m., and the event end time is 1 a.m. on January 1.
Fine Print
- Rates vary based on the day of the week, size of your event, the time or year, & how many days you need.
- Your design team can only be onsite during rented time. For example if your designers need Thursday-Monday to setup & breakdown, you must rent Thursday thru Monday to accommodate them.
- Some overnight accommodations are included with multiple day rentals and extended stays can be rented.
- To secure your date(s) with us, a Non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at booking; the second half is due 120-days after your booking or no later than 30 days prior to your event–whichever comes first.
- We are happy to set up a payment plan in advance of your big day.
- We will do our best to accommodate your special request.

Extras
Cleaning Service–$1175
Don’t want to deal with the post-event cleanup? Let us handle it. Our service covers everything your contract with SaltWater Fields stipulates for end-of-event pickups, including dishes, trash, tables, chairs, and more, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.
Pet Fee–$250
At SaltWater Fields, we understand that pets are part of the family. That’s why we welcome your furry friends with open arms. Best of all, there’s no fee for service animals, making our venue even more accommodating.
Day Of Coordination–$2400
Our Day of Coordination service is valuable for a seamless and stress-free event. Priced at $2400, this service is designed to relieve you of the event planning burden, allowing you to enjoy your special day fully.
SaltWater Fields will provide table placement at no fee. But you can add event coordination & management as well. Owner and president of SaltWater Fields Wedding & Event Barn, Tina L. Hendricks, is as passionate about your big day as you are. Tina can assist you with the day you have designed and ensure your plans exceed your expectations. Tina’s Day of Coordination offers a shared Master Plans Worksheet so nothing gets lost; on-sight, day of design, setup, and management, and she will be your right-hand woman for the entire day of your event.
Tent Rental Usage Damages Fee–$2000
Our fields are our business, and tents damage them. One tent can leave dead grass for the entire season. Because of this, we only allow tents in one area of our space. We charge a damages fee for you to rent them, and we don’t allow caterer’s tents.
Guest House–$695/night, Glamping Tents-$795/night
If you need more overnights, the Guest House & Glamping Tents can be rented in addition or above and beyond your barn rental. There is a $150 cleaning fee & a $100 pet fee.
