Event Liability Insurance
Vendors and hosts will need to provide SaltWater Fields with proof of liability insurance with SWFWB as additionally insured, 30days prior to the big day. And for Service Only bartending, you will also need a liquor liability rider.
We have recently discovered a more cost-effective option for our clients.
The Event Helper (theeventhelper.com) is able to offer the same, one-day general liability and/or liquor liability policies for a fraction of the premium that many brokers can. (With a broker, we’ve seen premiums in the $250 to $350 range; The Event Helper can do these online for a little over $100).
